Not completely satisfied with your order? You have 14 days to change your mind. Let us know as soon as possible by e-mail to pro@makeuplashesbrows.com​.

State your name, order number, item and reason for return.

​​​Products can only be returned if they have not been used and are in their original condition with the original packaging. The return shipment is your own responsibility and the shipping costs to return your order are for your own account.  

The following types of items cannot be returned:
Products that cannot be returned after opening for hygienic reasons, such as: care products, make-up,...
Products that are delivered sealed and that cannot be returned with a broken seal
When purchasing as a company (B2B contract)

You can also choose to return the products yourself.

Please indicate this by e-mail.
If the product is used or damaged, we cannot take it back.
After review and approval of the returned products, we will refund your refund within 7 days.
